Commission Terms of Service

Please let me know when you have read my terms.
- All payments are in CAD $.
- Working hours are Monday - Friday.
- Payment is due upfront in full on PayPal.
- Emily-Lynn has the right to refuse commissions.
- A full refund is only acceptable before work has started.
- Commissions will take ~2 weeks to complete depending on complexity.
- Emily-Lynn will provide updates for each step (sketch, line art, base colour, etc).
- Unless specified Emily-Lynn will post commissions online, with credit to the client.
- Emily-Lynn's work can be used for personal use with credit.
- Credit is required when posting online which includes a link to me somewhere visible like in the description, caption, or bio.
- Commercial use is an additional cost of $75 CAD.
- Emily-Lynn's work cannot be used to train AI (Artificial Intelligence).
- Emily-Lynn's work cannot be used to make NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens).
